Temporary closure of Salmon pools on the Miramichi River

Fisheries and Oceans Canada wishes to inform the public that the following 26 salmon fishing pools will be closed to angling for all species of fish, for cause of high water temperature and low water levels, starting Thursday July 20th, 2017.

Being a bit of an amateur photographer I had mentioned to Bob on a couple of occasions that I would love to try taking a few photos of the Main Southwest from the air if he ever needed a co-pilot. One fine fall day in September, 2016, my friend Bob Matthews phoned to see if I was interested in going flying.

Deadline for Application for regular Crown reserve angling coming up
