Miramichi Sports Wall of Fame Announces Return and Call for Nominations
The Miramichi Sports Wall of Fame is pleased to announce its return following a brief hiatus in 2025 to realign priorities and goals. The organization is once again preparing to celebrate the outstanding achievements of local athletes, teams, and builders who have made significant contributions to the sporting community.
Nominations for the 2026 induction ceremony are now open and will be accepted until November 15, 2025. Community members are encouraged to submit nominations recognizing individuals or teams who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, and dedication to sport in the Miramichi region.
This year’s Induction Ceremony will take place on February 20, 2026, at a new venue — the James M. Hill Auditorium. The committee looks forward to welcoming the community back for an evening of celebration and recognition.
