Special “Feast for the Departed” Ceremony
On Saturday afternoon, October 10th, 2020, beginning at 1 pm, come out to the Metepenagiag Heritage Park, located at 2202 Micmac Road on the Metepenagiag First Nation!
It is for a very special Ceremony – “Feast for the Departed” Ceremony
It’s to honor our Ancestors and those who passed on recently.
Bring your departed loved ones favorite food to share with all.
There will be a traditional food ceremony as well.
Also you can bring something to give away which is a sign of letting go.
