Grand Opening of Miramichi Cross Country Ski Club Expansion and Biathlon Range
The Grand Opening of the Miramichi Cross Country Ski Club (MCCSC) Expansion and Biathlon Range will be held on Saturday January 4, 2020 at the Miramichi Cross Country Ski Club 131, Nelson Street, Miramichi (Nelson).
Schedule
10 am to 4 pm – Open House with Refreshments
10 am to 12 noon – Ski Lessons for Beginners (free)
10 am to 12 noon – Give it a Shot! Come Try Biathlon
1 pm – OFFICIAL OPENING
1:30 – 2:00 pm Biathlon Demonstration

Registration for the 2020 Jackrabbit Ski Program will take place at this time.
The MCCSC maintains 25 kilometers of groomed trails suitable for cross country skiers with all levels of experience. Ten of these are groomed for skate skiing. Four kilometers are lighted and open until 9:30 pm daily. There are six kilometers of well marked snowshoe trails through woodlands leaving from the club house.
