The 3rd Annual YogaFest Miramichi will be held from 9am to 4pm on Saturday, August 25th, 2018 at the Waterford Green in the Historic Chatham Business District, in the former Town of Chatham (now Miramichi East). This day is a full day of YOGA, bringing together a diverse group of local teachers to offer a variety of classes and workshops showcasing all that we have to offer in our community.

The details of the distribution are unclear at this time, but the times when the fishery will be conducted are in late May/June and then again in October. These are the times when the fish are in the river spawning and later preparing to overwinter.

Jakob Jardine, a 11 year old boy from Warwick Settlement, has returned from the War Amps 2018 Atlantic Child Amputee (CHAMP) Seminar in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The seminar brought together young amputees from across the Atlantic provinces while also marking the 100th Anniversary of The War Amps.
