The 1st Annual Bike Run in memory of Stephen “Steve” Lee Morris will be taking place on Friday, July 6th, 2018. Following the run, a gathering with food and beverages will be held at Stephen “Steve’s” home.
Meet Mario Poirier, Chef at Restaurant Chez Raymond in Neguac. Originally from Village St. Laurent, Mario had his first cooking experience at 16 years old, working as a cooks helper with his uncle Patrick Poirier, preparing meals for 65 workers at a paving company.
