The weekend of August 18-20 is jam packed with lots of fun events! You certainly won’t have an “I’m Bored” moment all weekend long!
Previously known as the Lumberjack Competition, this year the Central New Brunswick Woodmen’s Museum will be extending the event to a weekend long festival! Saturday watch elite timber athletes compete before learning the art of Timbersports such as axe throwing and the cross cut on Sunday! Big Jim will be on site Sunday to spin the tales of the Canadian Lumberjack. For more info click here.
This year’s Scottish Fest kicks off with the annual Tartan Banquet Friday August 18, the rest of the weekend you can participate in great events such as a Scottish Pub & enjoy traditional performances like that of Fochaber’s Fiddlers on Sunday! For more information click here.
Classic Rockband White Noise will be taking the stage at the Miramichi Folklore Park in Renous at 8pm on Saturday! Admission is $6!
