MVHS Students Build Washer Boxes

Miramichi Valley High School carpentry students and their teacher, Raymond Innes, pose in front of a wall of washer toss boxes and score-holders. These students, under the supervision of Mr. Innes, built all the boxes and score-keepers for the upcoming tournament, as well as painting the washers they are holding in Rotary colours. Materials for the event were donated by Northumberland Timber Mart. The Rotary Club of Newcastle appreciates the efforts of all parties in support of this event.

Rotary Spring Fest will be held from May 22-24.  Registrations for the Washer Toss Tournament are filling up. Register your team today! For more information about the festival visit the Rotary Spring Fest website, Like the Facebook Page, and follow on Twitter @RotaryFest
