Free Backyard Composting Workshop
Free Composting Workshops this May!
Would you like to help the environment by reducing your food and yard waste but don’t know how? Join us for a free composting workshop and reduce your organic waste by 40% or more!
Everyone is welcome to attend this free workshop on Wednesday May 6th beginning at 6:30 pm at the Beaverbrook Kin Centre, 100 Newcastle Blvd around the square in the Newcastle downtown. Next week on Wednesday May 13th at 6:30 pm, the free workshop will be held at the Anglican Church Hall, 325 Main Street in Doaktown. Residents from Doaktown, Blackville, Upper Miramichi and surrounding areas are welcome to attend.
Composter, vermicomposter (worms not included) and/ or digester will be sold at a reduced cost to the workshop attendees. Limited quantities will be available, maximum one of each composter per person. While supplies last!
