17th Annual Yard Sale & Open House BBQ, June 6th
The Miramichi Senior Citizens Home are excited to be hosting their 17th annual Yard Sale and Open House BBQ fundraiser on Saturday, June 6th from 8 am to 12 noon. One hundred percent of the table rentals and food sales proceeds will go towards building a wheel chair accessible swing for those residents who are not able to enjoy one of life’s most simplest and enjoyable outdoor pleasures.
Tables are only $10 each and can be reserved by contacting Jennifer at 778-6872 or at the home located at 1400 Water Street. All money collected from the table rentals and food sales will go towards the swing fund and are on a first come, first served basis. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Anyone can rent as many tables as they wish but the number of tables are limited and in past years have sold out in short order so reserve them now before they are all taken!
The Home is also thrilled to welcome 95.9 Sun FM as a prominent event participant, broadcasting live on location during their festivities. So drop by with the family for some fun, music, great food and of course, Miramichi’s BIGGEST yard sale!
