Great Time at Barn Dance
A great time was had by all at the Barn Dance held at the Miramichi Folklore Park in Renous last Sunday afternoon, March 8th. Along with the people shown in the photographs below, there were 19 of the Country Cousins Square Dancers and other musicians and singers. There was a lovely home-made soup and sandwiches, chilli and butterhorn rolls, and lots of tea and coffee as well as canteen snacks. To date this was the Park’s largest crowd.
The next event will be on Sunday, March 22nd at 2 pm and will feature Ladies Of The River – talented female singers and musicians ranging from age 11 to 84. Admission is just $6 and food will be available.
