MIRAMICHI’S CANADA DAY EVENTS
THURSDAY, JUNE 28th
5:30 pm Multicultural Night
Meet & Greet 5:30 – 6 p.m., followed by a pot luck supper from 6-7 p.m. and music from 7-9 p.m.. Come celebrate your culture – bring your special dish. Featuring music by Men of Harmony, Jerry Cormier, Barbara Flanz, Gillis family, Norma Crawford, Kozue Williston, Malaika Choir, Dr. Joseph Hrncirk plus Mary & Susan Butler. Free will offering at the door.

FRIDAY, JUNE 29th
RBC Royal Bank on Water St. will be serving cake and coffee to celebrate Canada Day with clients.

9 am – 12 noon: Canada Heritage Walk
Register at 1750 Water St. to receive your question sheet. Complete your question sheet on your walk and you could win. Coordinated by Brunswick Driver Training in cooperation with local businesses of Historic Chatham Business District.
10 am – 12 noon: Entertainment by Aaron Young
Location: Water St. (near Her Clothes Closet and Edgewater Gifts & Gallery). Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the music. Sponsored by Scotia Bank.
11 am: Doll Carriage, Wagon and Bike Parade
Meet at the Rodd parking lot, stroll through Historic Water St. and back to the Rodd. Sponsored by the Great Canadian Dollar Store.
12 noon – 2 pm: Skate Jam – Skate Board Demonstrations
Water available. Sponsored by Bill’s Kwik Way. Greco Pizza – $2.99 slice of pizza & can of pop. Enter your name to participate and you could win a Super Pizza donated by Greco, and more.
