What is the mission of The Royal Canadian Legion?
Our mission is to serve veterans, which include
serving military and RCMP members and their families,
to promote remembrance and to serve our communities
and our country.
One vital service offered by The Royal Canadian
Legion is helping veterans access Veterans Affairs
Canada.

Community Engagement and Events
Beyond its work with veterans, (Chatham) Branch
No. 3 Legion is deeply involved in the local community.
It offers bursaries to local university and college
students to assist with education costs.
The branch also hosts various social and charitable
activities, including:

• Veterans’ Dinners and Remembrance Services Remembrance Day Ceremony, Elm Park, Chatham.
• Bingo on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Wednesday and Saturday Darts whether you'd like to assist with veteran services, help
• Organizing Friday Dances and other events organize events, or support the Legion’s charitable
• Hosting community dinners and fundraisers like the mission.

they say. At Giv'er Miramichi, we focus on uplifting and informational content that highlights positive actions, creativity,
