Local Theatre - Meet our Characters!





                             June 9-10 Corcoran Entertainment  Presented by Character Matters, the
                             presents "tick, tick... BOOM!" an  following outdoor theatre experiences
        inspirational  musical  based  on  a  true  story  written  and  will chill you to the bone as they reinact
        composed by Jonathan Larson, the creator of the Broadway  some of our scariest stories and bring
        smash  hit,  "Rent".    Begins  at  7pm  each  night  at  the  the  restless spirits back to life.

                                                               Site, 7-9pm. It’s the night when the spirits return, as the oldest
                                                               British graveyard on the River lives again!  See the souls of
                                                               early  settlers,  the  Loyalist  veterans  of  the  American
                                                               Revolution,  and  those  who’s  rest  at  the  Point  is  neither
                                                               peaceful nor quite eternal.  Join us to experience their tales
                                                               for yourself!

                                                               October 21, 27 & 28: Dare the Dark: Halloween Horror
                                                               at the Cove,  7-9pm. As the night closes in, there’s no escape
                                                               from a Cove filled with disturbed spectres, the spirits of those
                                                               claimed by war and disease, and the desperate ones who are
                                                               forever seeking and never finding.

        July 22: Sea of Suffering The Tragedy of the Looshtauk
        Presented by Character Matters, 4:30pm & 7pm, Dr. Losier
        Theatre,  124  Henderson  St.  Captain  John  Mount  Thain
        recounts  his  horrific  journey  across  the  waves  with  an
        overloaded ship of desperate Irish immigrants. An emotional
        portrait of a man burdened with the heaviest of responsibilities
        and caught in an unrelenting struggle for survival.
