We focus on uplifting and informational content that highlights positive actions, creativity and showcases our community spirit. Submit your events, celebrations, fundraisers, scenic photos, recipes, poetry, artwork, book reviews, short stories, personal essays, and articles on what’s up, what’s new, and what’s happening on the river!

Use the form below to submit text and upload pictures. Submissions may be used in the printed magazine, online edition, or both.

Articles: Written submissions should be between 350 and 500 words.

Photos: photo submissions to the printed magazine should be high resolution meaning not re-sized or reduced for emailing (check your phone/ipad settings, some will reduce photos automatically when sending).

Spring Issue Giv’er : Sub. February 14.  Dist. March 12
Annual Mighty Miramichi River Guide: Sub. April 4 Dist. May 14
Summer Issue Giv’er : Sub. May 31.  Dist. June 26
Fall Issue Giv’er : Sub. September 5  Dist. October 1
Christmas Issue Giv’er : Sub. October 24.  Dist. November 19

The distribution (Dist.) date is when the magazine is expected to arrive in people’s mailboxes via Canada Post (for those living within the delivery area), and when we start stocking local pick-up locations with new issues.

By submitting your photos, you retain copyright and remain the owner of your images and may also continue to use them in any manner you choose. You agree that the images you submit may be used in MCG Media’s printed publications, on our websites (including mightymiramichi.com and givermiramichi.com),  and may be uploaded on Mighty Miramichi’s social media channels.
