ECMA nominee to perform in Baie Ste. Anne
East Coast Music Awards (ECMA) nominee singer George Belliveau is coming to Baie Sainte-Anne as part of his concert tour.
The Acadian country singer will take the stage at the Baie Sainte-Anne regional school, at 7 p.m., on March 21, 2007.
The concert will be a part of the Semaine de la fierté française activities and will also be held earlier in the day for students.
Singing American country style music in French, Belliveau recently performed at the ECMA show in Halifax, where he was nominated for Country album and Francophone album of the year.
As part of the concert Belliveau will show his first music video “Durs sur les fonds de culottes.”
Belliveau released his first solo album, L’amour viendra nous sauver, in 2006.
