Seniors Health Fair in Blackville
A Health Fair for Seniors will be held in Blackville on Monday, October 5th from 1 pm to 4 pm at the United Church Centre at 145 Main Street.
There will be booths from different organizations such as Mango, Extra-Mural Program, Go Ahead Seniors, and many more. A light lunch will be provided.
Activities include:
Testing of blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar
Short presentation every half hour. Topics could include:
Nutrition
Fall prevention
Mental health & addictions
Elder abuse
