It is that time of the year again for many Christmas Craft Sales happenings along the Mighty Miramichi Region!

Nov 21 – Christmas Craft Market
Come out to the Nordin Recreation Centre from 11 am to 3 pm! Christmas is just around the corner and we want to help you get some names crossed off your Christmas list! We will have a wide selection of vendors under one roof with everything from scents for your home, food storage, cleaning products, makeup/skincare, delicious home cooking, crafts, woodworking and more! Sure to have something for everyone! Come out and support some local small businesses and have a jolly good time! This event will also be happening on Saturday, December 12th from 10 am to 2 pm!

Nov 21st – 28th – Saturday Christmas Market at the Newcastle Farmer’s Market
On Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, come out to the Lindon Recreation Centre, adjacent to the Miramichi Civic Centre in Newcastle! These Christmas markets this year will be full of great new vendors and local products. Hope to see you there!

Nov 28th – A Handmade Christmas Craft Sale

Nov 29th – Miramichi Presents Santa’s Local Helpers Christmas Market
Come out to the Miramichi Agricultural Exhibition Association, 24 Church Street in Chatham for the Miramichi Presents Santa’s Local Helpers Market from 10 am to 3 pm. This event is hosted by Eileen Clancy Teslenko, Admission is FREE, and stop in and support our local vendors and you will find something for everyone on your gift list here. COVID-19 rules will be followed, so please wear a mask! With the holidays around the corner, it’s a great time to shop! There will be photographs will Santa from 10 am to 12 pm noon and 12:30 pm noon to 3 pm. Tickets will also be on sale for a basket of crafts with all proceeds going to the Miramichi Multiple Sclerosis Society. For more information email: . Nov 29 – 2nd Annual Miramichi Art Core’s Tiny Picture Show
The 2nd Annual Miramichi Art Core’s Tiny Picture Show will be held from 9 am to 5 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 345 Campbell Street, on Sunday, November 29th, 2020. All work for sale is 8 x 10 or smaller and $50. or less! This is a cash only event, and all COVID-19 regulations are in place – Hand Sanitizer at the door, direction arrows and distancing markers, limited 10 patrons at a time and masks must be worn. Dec 5 – Christmas Market

There will be a Christmas Market at the Tabusintac Community Center on Saturday, December 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors will be selling a variety of items. There will be handmade Christmas ornaments and decorations, face masks, knitted and crotched hats, socks, mitts, pickles and preserves, lots of different flavours of fudge, home baked goodies, egg rolls, pizza rolls, donair rolls, steak rolls, Tupperware, GelMoment and more. Please support the vendors and buy local. All monies from the table rentals will go to the Tabusintac United Church Women. A representative from the Tabusintac Legion will be there to collect for the bulbs for the Memorial Christmas Tree. Any vendors wanting to book a table can contact Gail Harding by calling after 5 p.m. or texting 625-2512 or sending a message via Facebook messenger. Tables are $15. While food can be sold at the market, it can’t be consumed there. We will be following the mandatory COVID-19 order of collecting names of those who visit the market. Masks are mandatory along with social distancing. There will be no visits with Santa  this year. See you at the Market! 

Dec 5 – Christmas Market at Atlantic Salmon Museum

We will be holding another Christmas Market on Saturday, December 5 (10 am – 4 pm) especially for all you last-minute shoppers out there. Please note that our COVID-19 protocols are still firmly in place – no more than 15 shoppers in our building at any time; masks are to be worn (always!) and social distancing maintained. Dec 12 – Country Christmas Craft and Bake Sale at Darlene’s Country Cottage
Join us for the annual Country Christmas Craft & Bake sale at Darlene’s Country Cottage on Saturday December 12 from 10am to 2pm. There will be a variety of crafts and baking. As well as: Meat pies, Fruit cakes, Apple pies, Sweet trays, Raisin brown bread, Donuts, pickles, jams, jellies, Christmas ornaments, wreaths and decorations, Knit socks, hats and mitts, Beaded Christmas Spiders, assorted crafts and gift ideas.
