Miramichi Chamber of Commerce 16th Annual Business Awards Winners

The Miramichi Chamber of Commerce announced their 2015 Business Awards winners at a Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony held at the Riverside Entertainment Centre in Douglastown last month. Judy Losier emceed the event before a near capacity crowd in attendance.
“We had a record breaking year for nominations, and the Chamber thanks each and every one of you who took the time to nominate one of your well deserving peers,” said Executive Director Joyce Buckley.
The categories for the awards are:
Employee of the Year in recognition of an employee within a business enterprise that exemplifies superior customer /client service and teamwork participation. This recipient models best behaviours and sets the pace for productivity and workplace spirit.
President’s Award in recognition of a business enterprise senior leader that models professional conduct, advocates and catalyzes economic development, and contributes to the community as a steward and citizen.
Newcomer Business Award in recognition of a business enterprise new to the community that has initiated a commerce ‘start up’ within the last calendar year, modeling professional conduct and exemplary business practices and behaviours.
Business Award of Excellence in recognition of a business enterprise that best exemplifies the spirit of economic development and entrepreneurship within the Miramichi region. This recipient models professional conduct and customer care for our citizens.
