What better way to kick off Autism Awareness Month in Canada than to join the Autism Walk and Family Fun Day in the Miramichi!
This Saturday October 1st from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Waterford Green in Miramichi East (Chatham) please join us for a day of fun to raise awareness and support a great cause – Autism Resources Miramichi Inc.
Featured activities include: Music, Jumping Castle, Balloon Animals, Face Painting, Food, Petting Zoo and Pony Rides.
All events start at 9:00 AM with registration for the walk beginning at 10:00 AM and the walk starting at 11:00 AM.

5th Annual Ribbon Campaign
The 5th Annual Ribbon Campaign for Autism Resources Miramichi happens during the month of October.
People are encouraged to purchase an Autism Ribbon for a loonie to be displayed or hung on a window or wall.
Ribbons can be purchased at the following locations with funds going to help Autism Resources Miramichi Inc:
Beaubear Co-op, Miramichi West (Newcastle) and Miramichi East (Chatham) Branches of BMO, Chatham Scotia Bank, Curtis Corner General Store, Giant Tiger, Jungle Jim’s Eatery, LeGresley’s Home Hardware Building Centre and Miramichi East Jean Coutu (Chatham).
